We are looking for a technical and inspired leader to join our team as a Product Development Manager. The candidate’s responsibility will be to work on a cross-functional team of talented individuals and ensure the product is built with integrity, intention and aligned with our product goals and milestones. The ideal candidate will have a proven product development track record in the IT, tech, startup or development industry. As a member of the Product Development team, you will participate in developing and executing products to align with our big-picture plans.

Additionally, the team is responsible for product innovation that solves the problems of our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely and collaboratively with Design, Product Owners, Founders, Marketing, R&D, Technical Design, and teams to create innovative tech.

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. MUST know how agile, scrum, and OKR methods work.

They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run daily scrum calls with leadership, internal dev and the marketing team to ensure a smooth weekly sprint delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production process
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure high-quality delivery
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Work with the product owner and write epics
• Manage scrum backlog and activity boards
• Create reports on tasks and delivery
• Create SOP for development and other teams
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of production or tech lead experience
• Scrum certification
• Experience managing development teams
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
