Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of projects starting from its inception to final client release. All deliveries should be on-time, within scope and of utmost quality. Staying on schedule is crucial.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Develop a detailed project plan and proactively manage project timelines, resources, and report project progress against deliverables

• Manage ongoing client communications including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentations

• Utilize best practices and tools for project execution and management

• Facilitate the creation of the appropriate project documentation to support effective planning, delivery, integration, and support

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost

• Represents the voice of the client in all internal discussions while providing leadership, support, and ongoing guidance to members of the project team

• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PSM / CSM certification is a plus

• Proven experience in high pressure environments in the fields of Software Development & Project Management

• Leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies & tools

• Excellent communication, people, and leadership skills

• Out-of-the-box thinking with strong “problem solving” ability

• High attention to detail
