Project Manager – Customer Experience
Job Description

• Combines strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology
• Work in close coordination with Chief Customer Officer and other Departmental Heads to drive and implement the Customer Experience strategy across Daraz Sri Lanka.
• Build scalable processes and organize to ensure sustainable growth
• Build strong relationships with Heads of Departments across Daraz Sri Lanka
• Lead the direct and indirect resources to improve Customer experience
• Ensure the challenging targets related to Customer Satisfaction is achieved.
• Lead and drive the continuous improvement process of customer experience.
Requirements
• 3 years of work experience in a tech or start up environment, with minim 2 years leading and managing projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading a high-performance team
• Strong skills in problem-solving, balancing strong analytical and quantitative thinking with a creative mindset
• Passion for data analysis and product/process improvement
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Fluency in Tamil would be an asset
• Highly structured and action driven with ability to easily understand complex business processes
• Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced and pressurized work environment
• The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / PMP Certification is preferred.
