Job Responsibilities

• Stock out situation to be maintain at zero level.
• Cost saving initiatives 10% below last year (2012-2013) actual prices.
• Stock holding days as per the plan & Creditor’s days to be maintained as per the plan.
• Major non conformities to be maintained at zero (External audits) and Supplier visits to assure the quality of materials to be done as per plan.

Person Specifications

• Basic degree in Management /Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Over 1 year experience in similar or related Industry field (s).
• Good business understanding about World Trends in supply chain and Logistics, Sri Lankan Market Trends and related best practices.
• Supply chain & Logistics knowledge and understanding, General Food Standards and related regulatory requirements, Environment, Health and Safety legislation.
• Planning skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership skills, interpersonal skills and customer focus.
