Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for talented software professionals to lead multi-disciplinary QA teams in order to deliver high-quality, complex mission-critical enterprise healthcare solutions for Sweden, Denmark, and the UK. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software quality assurance activities through enterprise application testing life cycle
• A degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a similar capacity
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary QA teams to ensure high-quality enterprise applications/ complex business solutions effectively
• Extensive experience in various types of testing such as unit, integration, system, functional, user acceptance, regression, usability, etc.
• Understanding of advanced Software Quality Assurance concepts & techniques, best practices, and guidelines
• Understanding and experience in test automation/performance is a definite advantage
• Significant experience in test plan creation, test case design & execution, and test reporting of complex enterprise applications
• Be a good team player and build constructive & cooperative work relationships with diverse audiences
• Be a prompt initiator, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be effective in decision making, and have good communication skills
