Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the QA team.

- Foster collaboration with other project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and practices in QA.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and stay informed about new tools and techniques in QA.
- Actively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes.
- Introduce and implement new methods to drive efficiency in the QA process and related work aspects.
Requirements:
- 5 years plus experience in quality assurance, with a track record of success in the field.
- Strong understanding of software testing processes, including manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks commonly used in the industry.
- Proficiency in leading and managing a team, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring software quality while achieving project goals.
- Strong technical knowledge of QA processes and methodologies.
