Research Assistant [LKCMedicine]

We are currently recruiting a Research Assistant to join the laboratory of Professor Lim Kah Leong at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), a joint medical school between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Imperial College London.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing PI’s research grants, including budget tracking, manpower requisitions and laboratory item purchases.
- Providing administrative support to project-related agreements and documents.
- Preparing applications and reports needed to obtain/ renew regulatory approvals for research.
- Liaising with project stakeholders and organizing regular meetings for research updates.
- Supporting laboratory operations, including management of inventories and research-related matters such as handling annual lab audit.
The candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Neuroscience, Cellular/ Molecular Biology or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of research experience.
- Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, meticulous and reliable.
- Experience in general laboratory and project management is an added advantage.
