A Research Associate position is available in the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Job Description:
- Design experiments to collect data across comparison and experimental groups in classroom settings
- Define methodology in data capture and extraction; design and test survey instruments and semi-structured interviews
- Gathering and analysing data
- Manage projects by organising meetings, keeping tracks of activity schedule & delivery milestones
- Supervise supporting manpower
- Preparing reports
Job Requirements:
- Possess (or near completion) of a master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral or learning sciences (or related fields)
- Advanced research training in the behavioural/learning sciences with in-depth experiences in conducting various types of surveys and interviews
- Knowledge & experience in data processing and analysis
- Relevant publication records in learning sciences journals
