Research Fellow, Crystallography and Chemistry of Halide-Based Perovskites

Job Description
We seek exceptional PDFs to lead projects in organic and hybrid materials innovation and perovskite tandem solar cell. You should have a PhD degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or similar field with strong hands-on experience in perovskite, organic, and inorganic semiconductors, thin-film processing and device characterizations.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a good first-authored publication record, a high motivation for innovation, excellence and flexibility to work and deliver results.
Candidates are expected to bring excellent organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication skills, including the capacity to offer thoughtful and clear technical guidance on research projects; and clear and efficient writing.
Candidates will bring proven expertise in one or more of the following domains:
- Understanding of the structure-property relationship of perovskite materials.
- Organic synthesis to develop novel A-site cations.
- Expertise in perovskite materials design, single crystal growth and related structural analysis.
- Experience in charge/exciton transport measurement.
- Experience in single-crystal XRD, solid-state NMR, and confocal ultrafast spectroscopy.
