The Cooling Energy Science & Technology Lab (CoolestLab) @ NUS invites application for the position of Research Fellow.

Description

The candidate is expected to be involved in a project aiming to conducting an experimental and numerical study on a desiccant-coated heat exchanger. The key responsibilities are:

• Experimental measurement on a desiccant-assisted fresh air system
• Integration of dehumidification systems in data center cooling
• Numerical simulation on heat exchanger design
• Preparation of manuscript and dissemination of knowledge at conferences

Qualifications

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering or thermal system/ heat transfer related fields
• Experience in prototyping and experimental work on heat exchangers/cooling systems
• Good command of English
• Able to work independently and as a team
