This includes culturing of human and primate malaria parasite and subsequent preparations of samples for systems biology analysis. These include DNA/RNA isolation amplification and new generation sequencing; as well as protein lysate preparation for large-scale proteomics. These efforts combine robotics and high throughput methods for large scale assays as well. In addition, molecular biology, transgenic manipulations, recombinant DNA technologies, bioinformatics, and protein chemistry assays may also be involved.
Job Requirements:
BSc in molecular/cellular biology, parasitology or related fields is required for this job application
