Objectives of this Role:

  • Oversee the seamless daily operations of The Cliff Weligama.

  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth running and exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate kitchen and front-of-house staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue and costs.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any issues with professionalism.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain restaurant supplies, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the preparation and distribution of payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
