Revenue Manager – 6 Months Contract, Careers At Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We currently have an opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts for a Short-Term Contract. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, the much-anticipated US$1 Billion – Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is added to its portfolio, opening in late 2022. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue & Distribution, The Revenue Manager will oversee the Revenue Management for a portfolio of our hotels to ensure that all financial targets are achieved. You will monitor the competitor pricing for all revenue-generating departments and understand the dynamics of the local market the demand generators and recommend appropriate actions to take in relation to the hotel’s pricing, yielding, channel, and market mix strategy. In addition, you will actively support all Revenue Management guidelines, activities and programs and ensure that content strategies and all possible drivers have been researched and are in place to maximize productivity and revenue on all channels. This role will identify and track the individual demand periods and patterns for accommodation rooms and function spaces to support the various pricing structures. Maintain and distribute the respective event and pricing calendars accordingly. You will also assist with developing and implementing all selling strategies and pricing systems for all individual, group and function room spaces in collaboration with the hotel operational teams. To deliver best-in-class Revenue Management practices, you must proactively identify, analyze, and modify the operating process, workforce models, and forecasts.
