Your opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced guest service professional to fill the role of KitKat Chocolatory Break Expert at our boutique in the heart of Sydney CBD

Joining a fast paced and collaborative team environment your daily responsibilities will include

• Welcoming guests into the boutique and offering an exceptional experience to them
• Identifying guest preferences, sharing your product knowledge and guiding guest selections
• Maintaining boutique appearance and stock management processes
• Efficient point of sale operation
• Achieving individual and team sales and service targets
• Adhering to food hygiene and quality standards
• Maintaining a strong and current knowledge of products, ingredients and services
• Hot & cold beverage creation & service

About you

 Outgoing, approachable and passionate about chocolate, you’ll enjoy working as part of a close knit team delivering new products and innovative service. You’ll be motivated by delivering a world-class customer experience and exceeding guest expectations. 
Your previous roles will have prepared you with:

• Exposure to a fast paced environment within a guest facing role in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service
• Impeccable communication skills and previous experience in a customer service or sales role is key to your success.

You will:

• Be available to work across our full roster, including regular late nights and weekend trade
• Have full availability across our key trading period of Christmas
