As the Sales Executive/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
§ Actively participate in achieving departmental goals which contribute to the Sales budget.
§ Closely monitor account revenue and business production for Corporate / Leisure
§ Assist the Sales Manager and Head of Sales in the forecasting of room revenue
§ Business and market development by doing regular sales visits, and securing sales opportunities.
§ Secure information of competitors, such as rates, top accounts and productions, rooms, F&B, and events, reporting to the Head of Sales regularly.
What are we looking for?
Ø Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in Local/international hotel or Travel trad
Ø Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.
Ø Good communication and interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
Ø Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Ø Very familiar with the local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
