Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for,
• Driving sales and sales related activities in all emerging markets.
• Meeting set individual occupancy & revenue targets.
• Preparation of annual budgets together with the revenue team
• Generate new businesses for all the hotels in the group with geographic markets.
• Closely liaise with Payment Receivable Section of Accounts and Finance Department on Debt Collection.
• Maintain an effective relationship with local/ foreign travel agents & tour operators.
• Seek all sales and revenue opportunities both internal and external to increase the profile of the hotels.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate must possess a BSc degree specialized in Sales & Marketing from a recognized university and/or possess CIM/SLIM or an equivalent qualification. He/ she should have more than 4-5 years of previous experience with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity in sales in an established local/foreign hotel group
