Job Description

Looking for a Sales manager who are good at prospecting and has a good client base to come join a vibrant company in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

– Identifying new talent in the sales field
– Executing new sales strategies to identify new business and cross selling abilities in the existing base of clients
– Handling sales teams and guiding them for sales targets and goals
– Ability to hold discussions with C level clients and presenting solutions based selling

Requirements

– 3+ years of sales related exposure in an Executive capacity.
– University degree preferred but not essential
– Confident and outgoing personality
– Well conversant in English
