Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking that best suit our customers’ needs.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sales Manager
Principal responsibilities
-Drive aggressive new business acquisition targets and grow market share for credit card products
– Developing creative / innovative acquisition campaigns in a highly competitive environment
– Process streamlining to increase the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency
– Evaluate and implement various initiatives to reduce cost related to acquisition and processing, thereby improving Business Profitability.
– Lead, Motivate and Engage the sales team.
– Ensure close connection between market trends/client needs and ultimate product/channel delivery and business strategy.
– To independently supervise the prospecting lead generation, sales and follow up activities of the sales teams.
– To ensure the optimal flow of the sales pipeline by conducting sales activities on daily basis to achieve assigned team targets.
– Ensure administrative guidance is provided to the team in carrying out day to day work flow.
– Optimize time management.
Requirements
-Excessive managerial experience at Branch operations, credit, sales and customer service
– A Degree or a Full/Part Qualification in Banking/ Sales/Marketing
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
-Decision making and problem solving skills with an ability to adapt in any dynamic environment.
