Sales Specialist (IT/ Tech)
Job Requirements
- Responsible for achieving quarterly/ annual sales targets and reporting to the management team on a regular basis.
- Driving the revenue quota attainment by acquiring new customers by up-selling to existing customers and signing up reseller partners.
- Manage the sales cycle from start to end.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling and implementing new sales strategies for growth.
- Manage multiple accounts/ partners and vendors from various regions.
- Involves coordination and continuous follow up with the partners and customers, send out quotations, negotiate with clients /partners, and close the deal.
- Responsible for acquiring and managing new reseller partners and ensuring they are well equipped with the knowledge required to take the services to the market.
- Excellent client service and marketing skills.
Must have skills
- Previous experience as a sales individual consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic cloud technology knowledge or experience in selling technology services/ products.
- Experience in using CRM/ Salesforce to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Experience in handling international clients.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
