Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Develop and implement Employment Market Strategies and LinkedIn Recruitment Strategies to attract high-potential talent.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure clear understanding of job requirements and assess candidates against appropriate criteria.
- Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and HR.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present recruitment data effectively.
- Track and report key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure timely progress in the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement a search strategy, including vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches. Execute a personal time management plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence, on-time SLA delivery, risk forecasting, capacity planning and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures, update documents in a timely manner, and ensure adherence to defined processes.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 03 years of staffing/recruitment experience with more than 05 years in HR.
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present recruitment data.
- Experience in BPO industry and apparel sector would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skill in written and spoken English is a MUST.
