Senior Assistant Manager, Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Opportunity At NTU Main Campus, Singapore.

The Senior Assistant Manager, Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP), plays a critical role in supporting the national agenda of continual education in NTU. This incumbent will manage, drive business development of EDP, and promote the Continual Education Training (CET) courses of the Nanyang Technopreneurship Centre (NTC).

Responsibilities include:

• Drive the department’s business development initiatives, including content for advertising and promotion.
• Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and managing resources, which includes administrative and logistical planning and support such as
  • Prepare Service Agreement to appoint instructors and mentors.
  • Plan schedules and timetable of CET and ELT courses.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
  • Oversees logistical support such as booking of venues, catering etc
  • Responsible for procurement of materials and resources needed for operation efficiency
• Ensure financial governance of the programme through checking of revenue statements, submission of reimbursement to relevant authorities, following up on arrears etc

. Requirements:

• Degree in marketing with at least 5 years of experience in administering CET programme in Institute of Higher Learning and excellent oral and written communication skills are perquisites of this position.
• Possess a good network consisting of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and industry partners
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills
• Possess good presentation skill
