Senior Assistant Manager, TRACS
We invite applications for the position of Senior Assistant Manager in the Talent Recruitment & Career Support (TRACS) Office. The incumbent must demonstrate strong communication and administrative skills to support the administration of various research talent attraction and retention programmes in the university.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, collation and assessment integrity of data
- Data processing and analysis
- Journal quality assessment
- Liaison for Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS) – related activities and events
- Organization of workshops/seminars for staff/faculty for career and skills development
- Global Academic Recognition Driver (GARD)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills;
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
