MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and lead a team to land a future-fit portfolio roadmap for Ice Cream category in Singapore
  • Manage 1-2 brands in the SG Ice Cream business to ensure OTIF delivery of all key strategic projects hitting iTO & market share targets
  • Land brilliant execution of localized campaigns that retain global brand identities with full integration of data-driven marketing (covering OOH, digital, social, PR & on ground events)
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of local markets, consumers and shoppers – the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels and target audience.
  • Managing Annual Brand Planning exercise & Joint Business Planning with Retailers

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong working experience in marketing
  • A passion for Brand Building, Digital, Activation and Unilever
  • FMCG Experience
  • Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘soft skills’ to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership, especially among our global teams, agencies and multifunctional teams
  • Extremely high commitment to work with many and different projects, learn fast and deliver quickly
  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
