Key responsibility:

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience on Healthcare domain
• Fluent in communication and ability to interact directly with Client and their business teams
• Expertise in handling multiple tasks and switch between them effortlessly
• Experience in breaking down high-level requirements into quantifiable tasks
• Adapting to client process and handle ad-hoc client tasks and jump start on different application areas
• Work with business users and gather requirements and create requirement documents
• Walkthrough the requirement with DEV-QA teams and fill any requirement gaps
• Contribute to Effort Estimate and project planning
• Project milestone tracking and provide daily statuses to stakeholders
• Create Flow diagrams and document the As Is process
