Senior Consultant – Technical Presales (Cloud – Microsoft)

For the role of Senior Consultant, we are looking for individuals who will work on analyzing and evaluating business processes and customer needs, documenting requirements to define scope and deliver high quality proposals. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Advisory.
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for
- Ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements and scope, bring together the right internal resources to deliver relevant, high-quality proposals across all Microsoft Platforms
- Liaising with regional presales teams and effectively allocate presales resources across the regions based on the requirement
- Ensuring adequate meeting preparation and agenda communication, along with action items and follow-ups
- Maintaining a positive customer relationship
- Ensuring all presales processes are adhered
- Developing and improving presales material
The ideal candidate should possess
- A bachelor’s degree in IT with a minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in a similar role
- Exposure in Microsoft Solutions Value Stacks
- A PMI – PMA or ECBA certification
