Responsible for planning, applying, and managing Quality assurance of software projects by using the QA and testing methodologies to ensure the expected standardization. Ensure that the system meets its Quality requirements.

The Job:

Responsibilities

• Responsible in creating Test Plans, performing quality assurance software testing
• Playing leadership role for the QA Engineers to direct them toward achieving work objectives
• Support and guide QA Team to create and execute test scripts to automate testing to facilitate for quality assurance and ensure the performance of the system
• Responsible for Pre-Production Deployment and Source Control Verification
• Prepare and maintain Development and QA test environments of the division to facilitate to quality assurance
• Verify deployment process and notify process breaks to maintain the system efficiency and ensure the quality and the integrity of the system
• Collaborate with business owners

Skills

• Perform quality assurance software testing including API Testing, Performance Testing and Automation Testing to ensure the quality and the integrity of the system within strict deadlines
• Should be able to study and understand system specification to drive test plans and design
• Able to demonstrate efficient execution of quality process and plans
• Perform effective Defect Tracking and Defect Management
• Applying, designing, and developing automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks
• Experience with automating functional test cases using Selenium Web Driver and Rest Assured
• Able to do API performance testing and system performance testing
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with strong soft skills

The Person:

• Minimum 3 years’ hands on work experience in the relevant field
• Degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related field from a recognized university
• Required communication, technical and management, and leadership skills
