Ranked among the world’s top universities. Nanyang Technopreneurship Center is the focal point of entrepreneurship education within the University and the region. The Senior Executive plays an important role in supporting Undergraduate education in entrepreneurship in NTU. The candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, ensure timely and high-quality programme delivery to students, support in programme outreach initiatives and student engagement activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Administrative support for students taking Minor in Entrepreneurship and other elective courses from course registration, timetabling, processing course deferment and withdrawal.
• Support examination processes, assist in mark review and submit to Office of Academic Support for students taking NTC Undergraduate courses.
• Prompt support to student query on NTC Undergraduate courses
• Administrative support for onboarding of instructors, such as preparing service agreement and provide on-site support to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Review programme effectiveness
• Support in publicity and marketing events

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, in any discipline.
• Knowledge in Institute of Higher Learning’s student admission or management processes
• Good communications skills in both written and spoken to handle diverse levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong administrative skills, meticulous with details to keep track of progress status/ completion within set timelines.
• Customer service oriented
• Possess a positive attitude in problem-solving
