Key responsibilities

  • Raising hardware and system access requests in ServiceNow on behalf of the LSEG colleagues
  • Coordinate with Physical Security to prepare and issue ID cards
  • Monitor the progress of requests through the fulfilment process, resolving queries and liaison with other internal service providers to ensure successful outcomes
  • Applying the relevant Policy and Guidelines; ensuring compliance to and raising Policy breaches
  • Data reporting
  • Maintaining efficiency levels in line with Key Performance Indicators and service levels; seeking out opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers across the business

 

Key Skills

  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft® and other company supported applications, applying templates and standards to produce elements and incorporate them into presentations
  • High skills in identify possible risks, problems and threats before they occur and then take steps to combat the potential risk.
  • Ability to develop a broad, big-picture view of the organisation and its mission to innovate through analysis of issues and trends and how these links to responsibilities, capabilities and potential of the business
  • Critical thinking abilities to actively and expertly conceptualizing, applying, analysing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information captured from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.
  • Ability to maintain business relationships, partnerships and alliances internally, externally and virtually.
