Senior Executive, Administrative
What this job involves:
Maintain clean Desk policy for the office
Display required signages time to time
Ordering of Supplies – Groceries/Stationery / Tonners / First Aid items & other office requirements
Maintain tracker of Grocery usage
Guide Office boy on the grocery maintainance and provide him with a tracker weekly
Coordinate and handle office events – Town hall ovations and offsite and other festivals
Plan budget /Obtain approvals / purchasing for events
Coordinate with employee travel – Domestic & International (Air tickets / Visa / Accommodation / Airport pick up & Drop )
Obtain NDCs (No due certificate) quarterly for all vendors and maintain trackers
Submit MMR report to Supervisor
Annual update of BCP – Business continuity plan
Submit BaBT report quarterly to Admin team (Building a better tomorrow)
Sound like you? In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Meeting arrangement – Internal with Refreshments
External meeting arrangements with refreshments and other requirements – coordinate with relevant payments to the correct Dept.
Supervise office assistants work and housekeeping
Maintain Admin files and client agreements (Soft copies & Hard copies)
Provide Voice and Data conections to employees and maintain the user tracker
Process Monthly Payments with Dept Head approvals
Track the Data usgae monthly of individual users
Arrange business cards as per employee requirements
Maintain track of registered and removed access
