Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Bonding Technology is responsible for driving and overseeing the Bonding operations, developing bonding capability by providing cost effective and innovative styles of bonding samples as per customer requirement. This includes managing productivity, quality, profitability and people efficiency.
Ensuring On time delivery (OTD), First time true (FTT), quality and end customer satisfaction on bonding samples is key to the role holder.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the development of cost effective and innovative bonding style as per the customers requirement.
2. Reviewing the documents and reports for smooth execution of the Bonding development process
3. Collaborating with internal and external stake holders for achievement of bonding development objectives
