Key purpose of the Job

The Bonding Lead is responsible for driving and overseeing the Bonding operations. This includes managing productivity, quality, profitability and people efficiency.
The role holder is responsible to plan, organize and lead the functions whilst controlling overhead costs in order to achieve KPI targets. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop and implement operations strategy for the Bonding Plant in alignment to business unit’s strategy and goals.
2. Drive achievement of functional targets and ensure adherence to quality standards across the plant.
3. Leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently manage business operations.
4. Lead and set direction for the team.
