Senior Client Service Executive – eCommerce

Full-time, Hybrid

Work hours: 3 PM – 12.30 AM (Monday to Friday)

6IXSENSES Digital Transformation Inc. is an e-commerce and digital strategy company based in Toronto, Canada with its remote office in Colombo.

We are seeking a dynamic, and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a client service executive, within our e-commerce sales department, for a long-standing Canadian client. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, providing customer service, and day-to-day website operational tasks. Prior experience is an asset. The ideal candidate will show an attitude and willingness to learn, take on new challenges and envision a long-term career path with the company. The ideal candidate is willing to work in a cross-functional role handling multitudes of responsibilities and work both, in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision. He/she is consistent, takes initiative and follows through to get the job done in a timely fashion.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Client Account Management and Service
  • Ensure client success and happiness
  • Servicing Client’s customers via LiveChat, Phone and Emails
  • Process web orders.
  • Coordinate with the client and the internal team on digital marketing SEM (search engine marketing) activities such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media Ads, and retargeting ads
  • Digital strategy, eCommerce operations and marketing activities
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports
  • Assist with Search Engine Marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, potential new channels and strategies to be ahead, including updates to social media marketing
  • Update clients as to the status of their projects, orders and backorders.
  • Receive payments and process refunds, etc.
  • Managing client’s live chat software
  • Work with shipping and production departments to expedite orders.
  • Assist clients with returns and exchanges.
  • Process orders and answer product-related questions through phone and email.
  • Engage with leads and clients via our real-time website chat service.
  • Administrative duties such as filing, printing, scanning etc.
  • Assist web marketing and customer service teams upon request.
  • Working with Client’s Product Manager, Operations Manager, Account Managers, Purchasing Agent and management team.

Preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/MIS/Business streams from any government or private university or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Excellent English verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, online tools, is an asset.
  • Ability to work in both an independent and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to show respect to both staff members and clients in a considerate and business-focused manner.
  • Previous retail or corporate customer service experience.
  • Digital or social media marketing, web development skills will be assets.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Bigcommerce or WooCommerce) would be a plus
  • Knowledge in Corel Draw, Photoshop or other designing software will be a plus
  • Experience in the North American market will be an asset.
