Senior Executive – Compensation & Benefits
JOB ROLE:
- Collate and submit accurate payroll inputs to the required stakeholders to process payroll on a monthly basis.
- Verify and audit payroll inputs with the processing proof provided by the external vender to eliminate errors.
- Facilitate the employee health insurance benefit scheme to derive the maximum benefit to the staff.
- Execute the staff benefit process smoothly in order to gain maximum staff satisfaction.
- Facilitate documentation requests pertaining to employment and payroll.
- Update the relevant systems and employee correspondences in the personal files.
- Prepare Management reports to ensure the availability of information for decision making.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports in payroll execution.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from a recognized university is required.
- Full Qualification in PQHRM /Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 05 years of hands on experience in Payroll processing as an Associate or Executive level.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Effective interpersonal communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company.
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records.
- Good analytical & presentation skill.
- Be willing to work long hours if the need arises.
