Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Process Compliance will support to SBU Compliance Head in ensuring the plants and factories within the SBU adhere to Process Compliance Audit Tool, applicable customer Process and Trade Compliance standards, related Brandix Policies and Procedures, and monitoring such control mechanisms in  across SBU plants.  Also, Factory Control Assessments and Brand Protection are key to the job scope with the objective of strengthening Brandix position as a compliant vendor. The role holder will also be responsible to make sure Internal Audit Protocols in above context are adhered by the respective plants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute Process Compliance Audit Tools and making sure such will govern the targeted processes related to SBU process requirements and customer demands.
2. Assist in implementation of Risk related initiatives such as Factory Control Assessments and developing dash boards wherever necessary for controls.
3. Carry out internal audits related to Trade Compliance, Brand Protection and specific customer requirements such as Organic Cotton Processes (E.g., GOTS)   and also to make sure to correct any non-conformities arisen  from both internal and external audits.
4. To develop and maintain process related analytics for the management updates / reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or similar professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.

Experience

Additional / part qualification in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or Finance is preferred
At least 02 years hands on experience in apparel manufacturing / quality and technical or related area is essential.
