Senior Executive – Digitization

The job holder is responsible for the Retail Hub planning and execution throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with cross functional team by supporting to ensure revenue and user satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Executive – Digitization also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall Digitization strategy and goals. He / She is also responsible for vendor related SLA monitoring reports and work with management for follow-up actions.

The Job

• Be responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of product
• Develop, own and executes product roadmap
• Partner with stakeholders, cross functional teams and end users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features and prioritization
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products and balancing the requirements of stakeholders
• Define and execute go-to-market plan
• Ensure to solicit user feedback, report software bugs and pass them to software engineering team for subsequent build / release cycles as the product stabilizes / matures, once the product / feature is deployed at end users
• Lead the team to provide technical guidance to optimize the solution and the implementation approach
• Identify processes which could be digitized and develop into efficient processes under the sales operations
• Research and identify methods to continuously improve the current developed platform and perform competitive analysis as to how this platform is behaving in the market to identify the gaps and improvements
• Act as the Product lead for agile activities and other external vendors in order to deliver identified product features
• Work closely with the development team in developing new system developments and system modifications as per the requirements
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment

The Person

• Possess a Degree in Computer Science / MIS / Statistics or any other related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar capacity
• Sound analytical skills, knowledge in system development and sales process
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess the capacity for creative thinking and creative campaign execution
