Aitken Spence Hotels is a premier hospitality company with 21 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka, Maldives, India and Oman. We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual for the above position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of rates and inventory management in channel distribution
• Liaise with hotels to manage reservations, rates, inventory, activities and events, etc.
• Monitor price parity for online channels (e.g. meta search engines, OTA, and B2C channels)
• Analyze competitor rates, inventory, eCommerce activities, special promotions, events, etc.
• Assist e-marketing campaign distribution to meet channel targets and drive revenue

Skills and qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institute
• Qualification in Information Technology would be an added advantage
• Minimum three years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
