Senior Executive – Finance
PURPOSE
Support the Contract coordination function, NDAs and MoUs liaising with Group Legal as well as the Divisional Business Units. Assist the Company secretarial function and the annual Board Meetings. Coordinate the monthly payroll and payroll related functions which falls under the purview of Finance Department
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Liaise with the Finance Director and the Payroll company in finalizing the monthly payroll prior to executing the same
• Liaise with the Board of Investment in facilitating matters together with Group Legal , to obtain relevant BOI approvals for various business needs in a timely manner
• Review business agreements/ contracts in detail by understanding the business requirements and finalizing the same by liaising with the corporate legal team
• Review offer letters from financial institutes / other organizations in order to ensure the most suitable terms are agreed upon and obtained for the organization. Share the same with Group Legal prior to signing for verification
• Maintain all relevant documentations on matters relating to mortgage transactions, agreements, other related security transactions, indemnities & confirmations in an accurate and timely manner in order to facilitate readily availability of documents
• Coordinate various internal meetings, attend them as required, take minutes of the discussion points and circulate board resolutions to all parties concerned on obtaining approval from relevant persons
• Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
• Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, Group/company polices & procedures*, best practices (where the group/company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework

• Service level rating
• Review business agreements /contracts/review bank related documents such as facility offer letters in detailed understanding the business requirements finalizing the same within the stipulated timelines liaising with the corporate legal team.
• Circulate minutes within 1 month of the Board meeting
• Send the Board Paper Booklet 5 days before the Board Meeting
• Compliance with Corporate governance requirements/checklist
• Manage all secretarial and legal related matters pertaining to the division, liaising with the Company Secretaries and making sure all routine statutory matters are done on time
• Annual Return to be filled on time
• Ensure that Active is complia nt with the set guideline by Corporate legal team/MAS Active management for Corporate Governance
• 100% achievement of the statutory compliance checklist
• Achieve Budgeted MOS Phase for Finance
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Degree in relevant field
• 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Payment Process, Terms & Conditions Risk Management & Control Analytical Skills Secretarial role
