The key purpose of the role is to run programme management efficiently to provide an excellent student experience in the programme. This is key to the continuing success of all our programmes.

The primary role is to provide end-to-end administrative support for the Graduate Studies Career Development Office (“GSCDO”) to ensure smooth daily operation of GSCDO.

Responsibilities:

• The Nanyang Graduate Studies Resume Book and BSM Resume Book coordination & production
• Stakeholder Relations
• Corporate Talks/Visits and Event planning
• Internship Job Postings
• Career portal management
• Finance/Procurement

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least two years experience in the education industry is preferred
• Good communication and writing skills with ability to communicate and interact well with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly, Excel and student information/database management systems
• Proficient in SAP systems
• Social media expertise is highly desirable
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, set and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Highly service-oriented and enjoys interacting with students, faculty and staff
• Meticulous with strong planning and organizational skills
• Team player but at the same time able to work independently
