Senior Executive, HR (Faculty)
The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in supporting the Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management process within the University.
Responsibilities
- Manage Faculty HR matters which includes administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management
- Provide HR advisory support on process and procedure
- Provide secretariat support to the school’s level Faculty HR committees
- May be involved in supporting University level meetings
- Participate in projects/process reviews
Requirements
- Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related Diploma or Degree
- Strong writing skills is essential
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
