Senior Executive – Human Resource
Responsibilities
- Direct the execution and implementation of major Human Resources processes e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration according to geographic entity guidelines, recruitments and onboarding, Learning and Development, Engagement and Wellness initiatives
- Lead business units as the People Advisor and support employees through the Employee Life Cycle
- Coordinate with Career Counselors and Managers to enable the implementation of all HR Processes
- Understand the tools and resources available in Accenture and leverage them to execute and implement HR Processes
- Anchor trainings and NJO sessions
- Coordinate the performance achievement and promotion processes
- Direct the execution and implementation of major Human Resources processes e.g. quarterly promotions, performance management, compensation and salary administration according to geographic entity guidelines, recruitments and onboarding, Learning and Development, Engagement and Wellness initiatives.
About you
- Should have minimum 5-6 years of HR related work experience
- You should possess a professional qualification/degree in HR from a recognized institution/ university. – Knowledge on Employment Law is preferable
