Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering carries out Design/Develop automation solutions, Simulate  prototype modules and implement to Bulk manufacturing to improve SMV , cost and Throughput time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with IE & Technical team & Suggest the Simplified automated constructions methods to business based on the samples/sketch received.
2. Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks
3. Make sure all the automations agreed are complete on time for sampling or bulk.
4. Closely work with outside suppliers & align them to the business requirements.
5. Work closely with outside work shops & get the work done on agreed T & A.
6. Prepare monthly project plan along with the estimate project cost & get the approval from IE & Finance Department. Prepare presentation at every month end to the management
7. Follow up the developed automations until implement to the bulk. Make sure flawless execution from development to handover.
8. Review next season new development products and apply possible automation solution solutions.
9. Review bulk production common operations and implement possible automation solution to improve the throughput time.
