Senior Executive – Planning
As a Senior Executive – Planning you are required to monitor the prepared production plan and the execution of the same by coordinating with other departments in order to meet on time customer deliveries through optimizing the available resources and efficiency while forecasting on factory capacity/sales status. Monitoring and overlooking the productivity management system and process of customer interface in order to ensure optimized resource allocation to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the process of balancing sample room capacity and the sample demand to support on time development approval.
- Meeting the customer demand for short order quantities which are not compatible with bulk production system via optimum planning for Hybrid Modules to improve efficiency of hybrid modules.
- Overlooking the process of work-load balancing for the customer interface to improve. productivity in the customer interface.
- Governing the entire process in the customer interface through planning, data science and business intelligence.
- Heading the projects in the sample room and productivity improvement project in customer interface.
- Demand forecasting, capacity enhancement, and reviewing weekly sample plan & daily sample plan to ensure meeting T&As.
Knowledge and skills
- Degree in Data analytics, Data Science, Physical Science, Management or any other relevant field.
- 3-4 year experience in a Similar capacity.
- Visionary and good Interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence others and a good command of the English language.
- Knowledge on SAP would be an added advantage.
