Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Principle Accountabilities

• Identify the talent requirements of the assigned functions and decide on the most effective method of sourcing
• Focus on efficiency and quality parameters to achieve planned capacity while maintaining a good integration between HR and stake holders
• Responsible in timely updating and maintaining a recruitment dashboard and provide recruitment related management information
• Plan and initiate relevant strategies to maintain a strong talent pool in line with the business requirements
• Design, Develop and Initiate recruitment campaigns island wide, Coordination with Job banks and recruitment agents and outdoor activities targeting the of sales recruitments

The Applicant should possess:

• 03-04 years of experience in the field of and talent acquisition with hands on experience in managing large recruitment campaigns preferably in the Insurance Sector.
• Bachelor’s degree/ Professional qualification in human resources or related field
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Sound communication and presentation skills
