Principle Accountabilities

  • Identify the talent requirements of the assigned functions and decide on the most effective method of sourcing
  • Lead employer branding initiatives for the company and drive targeted recruitment campaigns Establishing strong network to ensure that all recruitments are fulfilled within the required timelines
  • Plan, establish and oversee the company’s social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
  • Focus on efficiency and quality parameters to achieve planned capacity while maintaining a good integration between HR and stake holders
  • Responsible in timely updating and maintaining a recruitment dashboard and providing recruitment related management information
  • Plan and initiate relevant strategies to maintain a strong talent pool in line with the business requirements and the objective

 

The Applicant should possess:

  • 03-04 years of experience in the field of and talent acquisition with hands on experience in employer branding
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Professional qualification in human resources or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques and strong understanding of branding
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound communication and presentation skills
