Key purpose of the Job

The SBU TED HR In charge (Operations) is responsible for supporting the implementation of all HR processes for executive cadre at the SBU. The role holder supports HR activities across the employee life cycle (including manpower planning, induction, performance management, rewards and recognition, attrition and exit). Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for addressing manpower requirements and managing the joining and exit formalities for the SBU.
2. Oversee administration of Performance Management System in the SBU.
3. Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and oversee attendance, leave and payroll processes for the SBU.

Education

Graduate / Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources
