Key purpose of the Job

The role holder supports the Functional Director/ Head and other functional stakeholders in functional requirements and data analytics. This includes coordinating the rollout of Corporate HR initiatives/special projects, conduct pertinent analytics/provide insights to support decision-making, liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders in relation to functional initiatives, assist to maintain the functional risk register in-addition to providing secretarial and administrative support to the Function by managing the current HR meeting structures/follow-up of 3Ws etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing information to support business decisions trough pertinent analytics/insights
2. Provide support for implementation of the Group functional LRP, initiatives and special projects
3. Liaise with the relevant internal and external stake holders for achievement of the functional objectives
4. Assist in maintaining the functional risk grid
5. Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Function

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in General Management or Business Administration or any other relevant stream

Experience

4 to 6+ years of relevant experience with good communication skills, analytical skills, working knowledge of IT systems/ Microsoft skills
