Senior HR Executive – Recruitment
Job Role:
- Responsible for the entire talent acquisition cycle of Executive, Non Executive & Management positions, throughout all functions of Daraz.
- Sourcing and screening potential profiles via different channels like external job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, agencies and other social media channels.
- Responsible for conducting successful onboarding & offboarding of employees
- Updating relevant databases/trackers with accurate information in a timely manner & providing updates & reports as required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and responding to information requests from authorized team members.
- Assisting with any other tasks as required by the Management
Candidate Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Management
- Professional qualification in HRM is a plus
- Prior experience of 1 – 2 years in a similar role and industry with experience in recruitment
- Prior experience in sourcing profiles using LinkedIn/Recruiter Lite is a plus
- Excellent IT literacy skills (Ms Office & Google Applications)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. ( Sinhala & Tamil is a plus )
- People person, pleasant personality with enthusiasm, energy, dedication and integrity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and late hours when required.
- Ambitious, organized, detailed & results oriented with a ‘can-do’ mindset and ready to learn on the job and take on challenges.
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed expectation
- Candidate should be able to work from Colombo.
