Oscar A/S is looking for a structured, self-going and independent working HR Specialist for our business in Rønnede to start as soon as possible.

Oscar A/S is a part of the Nestlé Professional (NP) Food Nordics, which is a separate unit within Nestlé, responsible for winning the Out of Home business by offering relevant food solutions.  

We offer

Your working base will be in Rønnede, located 60 km South of Copenhagen (40 minutes’ drive), and you will report to the Factory Manager. Although you are located in Rønnede, responsible for all daily administration, you will be a part of something bigger.  

As HR Specialist, you will become part of the Nordic HR team consisting of 28 people, located across the Nordics. The Nordic HR team is divided into different areas, such as Talent Acquisition & Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR Business Partnering.

Are you ready for your future challenges?

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks supporting the business & factory with recruitments, on- and offboarding, development and succession planning, staff meetings, information, and payroll support.

In addition, you will contribute to and execute our Nordic HR strategy, which means that you will:  

  • Act as the go-to person and first point of contact for all employees within the Oscar business & factory
  • Act as true people co-pilot, supporting and sparring with both managers and employees  
  • Be responsible for Payroll & Time Management as well as all HR Administration  
  • Shape the culture to align with Nestlé goals and initiatives through supporting and coaching
  • Drive flawless execution of global and local HR Initiatives 

What do we expect from you?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is a structured initiator focused on making the wheels run smoothly and maintenance. We are looking for someone who has solid experience within a broad range of HR management. You should be able to work structured and independently, but at the same time be an engaging team player. We are looking for someone who holds the following traits:  

  • Detail oriented with strong result focus 
  • Takes initiative  
  • Agile and comfortable with change and ambiguity 
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously  

In addition, we are looking for someone who enjoys establishing new processes while navigating between administrative and strategic everyday tasks. You should have the ability to work within a matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating. A flair for data and people analytics will be a strong advantage in this position.  

Your experiences and qualifications:

We are looking for some who holds relevant work experience, with a great business understanding and exposure to Danish labor law. You must speak and write English and Danish fluently. You hold a degree within the HR area or similar and relevant people/organizational experience.   

As a minimum, we expect you to have 2 years full time experience working within the HR field or any other relevant fields.
