Senior Human Resources Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals and compliance.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters, including workforce planning and development.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and professional development plans.
- Foster positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to create a fair and equitable workplace.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Utilise HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and Google Workspace.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is a plus.
