Expected Profile
- Minimum 12 years experience in HRM, 4+ years experience at Managerial capacity
- Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including Recruitment, Reward and Recognition, Welfare, Learning and Development, as well as HR systems and budgets
- Previous experience in Information Technology area would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
- Masters in Human Resource Management / Business Management
